U.S. strategy vague as drone strikes increase in Yemen

Defense Secretary Leon Panetta announced in June that the U.S. is fighting a war in Pakistan – almost three years after our military began targeting terrorist cells there through so-called drone-and-commando operations. And although his declaration came only last month, U.S. drone strikes in Pakistan actually appear to be decreasing.
